Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date issued, allowing you time to decide without pressure.
Offers are based on a combination of factors, including overall condition, completeness (box and papers), current market demand, and recent comparable sales.
Each evaluation is done manually to ensure pricing reflects real market conditions—not automated estimates.
In most cases, the final value matches the initial quote.
A change would only occur if the watch’s condition or included items differ materially from what was submitted, or if a previously undisclosed service issue is identified.
If the final value changes for any reason, you always have the option to accept or have the watch returned at your request.

No. There’s no need to service your watch before submitting it.
We assess timekeeping and mechanical condition upon arrival. If service is required, it’s factored into the valuation and handled after purchase.
It depends on the brand and model. In most cases, original papers are more impactful than the box.
While missing accessories can affect value, many watches trade successfully without them. Any impact is discussed transparently as part of the evaluation.
We specialize in luxury timepieces from the world’s most respected watchmakers, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and more.
If your watch is outside these brands, we still encourage you to submit it—many pieces fall outside standard categories and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. We accept international submissions and will coordinate shipping and insurance details on a case-by-case basis.
If the value of your watch(es) is determined to be more than the watch you're trading towards, we will pay you the difference via wire transfer, ACH, or check.
The reference number can typically be found on the warranty card, original papers, or occasionally engraved on the watch case or caseback.
If you don’t have the papers, that’s okay—simply include clear photos of the watch, including the caseback, and we’ll help identify it during evaluation.
In some cases, there may be flexibility. We’re always happy to discuss the offer and walk through how it was determined.
