Once an order has been shipped, clients will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Finest Kind Trading Co. LLC ships using fully insured, signature-required delivery services designed for high-value goods. Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the discretion of Finest Kind Trading Co. based on security, insurance requirements, and destination.

All shipments require adult signature confirmation upon delivery.
For security purposes, shipments may be scheduled for weekday delivery only, and delivery timelines may be adjusted to avoid extended transit periods such as weekends or holidays.
Shipping Insurance
All watches are shipped fully insured for their full purchase value.
Insurance coverage remains active until the shipment has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier’s tracking system.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment at the delivery address provided.
High-Value Shipment Security
For certain high-value shipments, Finest Kind Trading Co. may require delivery through a carrier Hold for Pickup location.
This security measure may be used when shipment values exceed certain thresholds or when required by our shipping insurance provider.
When Hold for Pickup is required:
• The shipment will be delivered to a secure carrier facility
• The buyer will receive tracking information and pickup instructions
• Government-issued identification matching the shipment recipient may be required to release the package
Finest Kind Trading Co. reserves the right to determine when Hold for Pickup delivery is appropriate based on shipment value, insurance requirements, or transaction security considerations.
Shipping Address Verification
Orders are typically shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method unless alternative arrangements are approved.
For security reasons, Finest Kind Trading Co. may decline shipments to:
• Freight forwarding services
• Third-party reshipping companies
• Unverified addresses
Additional identity or address verification may be required prior to shipment.
Shipment Security & Fraud Prevention
Finest Kind Trading Co. reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel shipment if a transaction requires additional security review.
Situations that may trigger additional verification may include:

In such cases, additional verification may be requested prior to shipment.
Finest Kind Trading Co. may also require shipment to a carrier Hold for Pickup location when necessary to protect both the buyer and seller.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
While Finest Kind Trading Co. works to ensure every shipment arrives safely, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a shipment is lost or delayed in transit, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for:
