Preferred Payment Method

Orders paid via wire transfer will be processed once funds have been received and confirmed by Finest Kind Trading Co.

Shipping timelines begin only after payment has been fully received and cleared.

Deposits & Balance Payments

For certain high-value purchases, Finest Kind Trading Co. may require a deposit to reserve a watch, with the remaining balance completed via bank wire transfer.

Deposits may be paid using approved payment methods including:

• credit card
• ACH transfer
• cryptocurrency via USDC or approved processors

Once a deposit has been received, the watch will be reserved and removed from available inventory while the remaining balance is completed.

The remaining balance must be paid via bank wire transfer prior to shipment.

Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may be non-refundable once a watch has been reserved, as the item is removed from market availability.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Finest Kind Trading Co. accepts cryptocurrency payments via USDC and may use approved cryptocurrency payment processors, including but not limited to BitPay.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed based on the U.S. dollar value at the time of the transaction.

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments may be accepted for certain transactions.

To protect both clients and Finest Kind Trading Co. from fraud, credit card transactions may be subject to:

• transaction limits
• identity verification
• billing address verification
• shipping address verification
• signature confirmation upon delivery
• additional security screening for high-value purchases
