Refund policy
At Finest Kind Trading Co., every watch is authenticated, documented, and verified prior to sale. Our goal is to ensure each client receives exactly what was represented.
To support this standard, eligible purchases include a 48-hour inspection window beginning at the time of confirmed delivery.
This inspection period allows buyers to verify the watch’s condition, documentation, and authenticity against the listing details provided prior to purchase.
48-Hour Inspection Window
Clients have 48 hours from confirmed delivery to inspect their watch and request return authorization if the item does not meet expectations.
The inspection period is intended for condition verification only and is not a “try-before-you-buy” program.
If a return is approved, the watch must be shipped within 7 days of confirmed delivery using the return shipping instructions provided.
Returns shipped after this 7-day window will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
The inspection window allows examination of the watch but does not permit wear or use. Activities such as wearing the watch outside the home, attending events, resizing the bracelet, or removing protective materials are considered wear or use.
Return Standards
Finest Kind Trading Co. reserves the right to document the condition of all watches prior to shipment and to rely on that documentation when evaluating return eligibility.
To qualify for return:
• The watch may be inspected but must not be worn, resized, or adjusted
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
• Protective stickers and tags must remain intact where applicable
• The watch must remain in the same condition as delivered
All returned items undergo detailed inspection and verification against pre-shipment documentation, including:
• Serial number records
• Case and movement photography
• Authentication and condition documentation
Evidence of wear, tampering, component replacement, or alteration may void return eligibility.
Watches returned with non-matching serial numbers or substituted components will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns require prior authorization.

If approved, Finest Kind Trading Co. will provide a fully insured return shipping label to ensure the watch is transported safely and properly insured.
Once a return label has been issued, the buyer is responsible for delivering the package to the carrier in accordance with the provided shipping instructions. Finest Kind Trading Co. is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged after acceptance by the shipping carrier.
The cost of return shipping and insurance will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Adjustments
In limited circumstances where a return is accepted but the item does not fully meet return standards (for example: opened packaging or signs of handling), Finest Kind Trading Co. may accept the return at our discretion with a restocking adjustment of up to 15%.
Returns that materially violate return standards may be declined.
Refund Processing
Once the watch has been received and approved following inspection:
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Transactions
The following purchases are considered final sale:
• Watches purchased through live sales, auctions, or real-time social commerce events
• Special order or custom-sourced watches
• Watches purchased using cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency payment processors (including but not limited to BitPay), as cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible.
• Watches that have been sized, altered, or worn
• Any item returned outside the inspection window
International Returns
International returns are permitted within the inspection window; however:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
• Watches must be returned using insured shipping provided through return authorization
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Finest Kind Trading Co. directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Each transaction includes detailed documentation including listing descriptions, condition reports, authentication records, serial documentation, pre-shipment photography, and delivery confirmation.
These records may be provided to payment processors or financial institutions in response to any dispute or chargeback.
Fraud Prevention
Finest Kind Trading Co. reserves the right to deny returns or restrict future transactions from individuals or accounts exhibiting patterns of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
Transparency Commitment
Every watch sold by Finest Kind Trading Co. includes comprehensive verification documentation, including authentication records, diagnostics, and detailed condition photography.
